Selection Committee

The Selection Committee (SC) consists of 12 external international experts, distributed over four Topical Panels (TP) corresponding to the KSETA research fields:

• TP1: Experimental particle physics
• TP2: Experimental astroparticle physics
• TP3: Theoretical particle and astroparticle physics
• TP4: Technology development

Please find here the tentative timeline for the selection process, changes due to availability of selection committee are possible:

Call deadline                        March 15, 2026

Results of eligibility check    March 20, 2026

Results of stage 1&2               April 24, 2026

Results of stage 3                    May 22, 2026

Final offer                                 June 8, 2026

Appeal periods will be announced after informing about the results of the eligibility check, stage 1&2 and stage 3.  Appeals can only address formal mistakes, but not the judgement of the members of the Section Committee.
